We Not Me Athletics

We Not Me Athletics is a dedicated platform that revolves around the principles of student-athlete growth and development. The essence of our mission is encapsulated in the famous saying, "it takes a village to raise a child." We firmly believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive community where the collective efforts of coaches, mentors, parents, and fellow athletes contribute to the holistic development of each student-athlete. Our approach goes beyond the individual, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and character building. Through a comprehensive program, We Not Me Athletics strives to create an environment that nurtures not only athletic skills but also instills values that will guide these young individuals towards success both on and off the field. We are committed to shaping well-rounded individuals who understand the significance of collaboration and community in their journey towards excellence.

Dominique Lucien, Operations Director

I’m excited to be a part of the Select Hoops family! I’ve been around sports my whole life and now I am happy to be able to assist in youth athletics with Select Hoops. While studying at St. John’s University I began working with groups like Queens College, ESPN, and MSG. My years as an Operations Manager with large retailers and background in sports management, enable me to confidentially join in Select Hoop’s goal to maintain the best community in all of NYC youth basketball. Feel free to say Hi at practices, and thank you for having me in the We Not Me Family!
